It took me years to fully embrace the idea that I have the power to determine how I show up in my relationships, and ultimately, my life.
It was my responsibility to increase my self-awareness, communicate my needs, set boundaries, and advocate for myself in my personal and professional relationships.
I had to make the shift of trying to change others to knowing that I can only CHANGE ME.
